Family
I was able to see my family last night for the first time in a while. Every time I’m with them I’m reminded how much I really do love and value my childhood. I grew up in the best home! I truly believe that. My youngest brother Ryan is really cute, he’s fifteen already, but sometimes acts like he’s eight whenever I’m home. He came down to the basement last night with his pillow and blanket, and said “I don’t get to see you that often so can I sleep down here with you?” It’s easy to tell that he also really appreciates our traditional family. Hunter has gotten a bit older now. He’s 18, and going on his mission soon. He’s been called to serve in the Milan, Italy mission. How awesome is that! He leaves July 23rd, and is preparing for that. He’s also going through a little bit of mental stress right now because his girlfriend just left this week on her mission to Ohio, so he won’t be seeing her for about three years, and I’m sure that’s got to be a rude awakening. He’s doing okay though; he’s got things to look forward to. My older brother Colton is gone and married. I really don’t see him all that often, and I actually wish I could spend more time with him. I suppose that’s just married life, and I might have to get used to it.
